While most "mortgage brokers", specialise in generic home loans, very few have the required skills, expertise and experience to do more complex lending. We not only have this capability, but also have the direct relationships with lenders to facilitate these mortgage solutions, which include finance in regional and rural locations as well as for self employed and "No-Doc" borrowers. Our General Manager, Adrian Wills leads our team and has over 10 years of investment banking experience at National Australia Bank, where as an Associate Director, he was responsible for the origination and execution of large scale commercial transactions. Having the hands on credit knowledge from within one of Australia's major lenders, combined with his experience in structuring asset finance transactions gives Adrian the edge in quickly identifying a solution to meet your specific financing needs. Adrian is the initial point of contact for our Group, and with formal qualifications in finance and accounting (B.Comm, CPA, Grad Dip AA), and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), he is well equipped to understand all aspects of your business.
